ZynQ 360 - Business Development Manager - UK & Europe (Full Time - Aberdeen)
ZynQ 360 is looking for a successful and motivated Business Development Manager to grow our portfolio of clients across sectors. We are looking for a high performing individual with a proven track record in securing new business to join the sales team. You will already be working within the energy sector with a well-established network and over 5 years in a sales role.
As a well-established software business it would be ideal if you had a background in technology sales / selling SaaS. Experience in working internationally would be advantageous as there will be the opportunity to travel with this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Working within the sales team to drive new business sales to meet the business expansion plans both within the energy sector and into new sectors
- Achieving sales targets within your geographic region
- Maintain a strong network of contacts within our target markets and develop relationships with key decision makers
- With support of sales and marketing team, identify target clients and develop strategies to target them
- Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
- Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and any other relevant events or forums.
Skills and Expertise
- 5+ years’ experience in technology / software sales, ideally within the energy sector with an expansive personal network
- A proven track record of success in account growth and new business generation
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Highly organised and efficient at managing day to day business with multiple priorities
- Must be a self-starter and motivated to succeed
- Excellent compensation package with uncapped OTE

ZynQ 360 - Sales Development Representative - Americas (Full Time - Houston, TX, USA)
ZynQ 360 is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to grow our portfolio of clients in and around the United States. This is an individual contributor role based at our Houston office, and the successful candidate will be part of the global sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling Software Solutions within the energy sector and relevant adjoining sectors (preferable 3-5 years). To be successful in this role, the candidate should be naturally dynamic, hungry with a passion for innovative technology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be key, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
Essential Job Functions
- Drive new business to meet the business expansion plans both within the energy sector and into new sectors
- Work as part of a small but growing team to develop customer relations, increase market share and sales revenues
- Work to achieve set and agreed KPIs and sales targets
- Maintain a strong network of contacts within our target markets and develop relationships
- Accurately utilise the business CRM system to track all activities, progress of opportunities and forecast for the future
- Represent the business at industry conferences, trade shows, and any other relevant events or forums
- Demonstrate a passion and energy both externally with the customer, and internally with cross functional teams
- Travel as required to meet with clients and on occasion to ZynQ 360 HQ (Aberdeen, Scotland)
